The service industry can be brutal. My 30+ years of taking my lumps and rebounding has positioned me to help you get unstuck. My multi-unit experience as owner and operator of 11 Papa Murphy’s Pizza stores uniquely qualifies me to walk with you through your leadership journey. I'm not just a coach. I am a coach that got my training in the real world. My business development and team buidling failures and success has taught me a thing or two about what to do and what not to do.

My greatest discoveries are the universal principles that guide our world. It is reflected in my coaching and training and shines a light on everything I do. I know these principles will transform your business as they have mine.
As the Co-Founder of the Truth Leadership Academy and a Certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, I have had the priveledge of walking leaders through the process of getting unstuck and moving past their self inflicted limitations to a state of personal and professional maturity. I love to take an ambitious leader to the next level through teaching systematic tried and true leadership principles. It's my favorite thing to do.
