Coaching is an on-going conversation where we(coaches) provide encouragement, guidance, and honest feedback, as each leader pursues their personal and professional goals.  We fully expect each leader to grow their company, by attaining their goals that support their personal vision! Coaching helps to alignment a personal vision with the vision of the company.

In today’s competitive environment, some of the most successful business leaders have experienced tremendous benefits from coaching. Results have included increased focus and productivity, career advancement, higher employee/leadership retention, and the development of more effective operational and sales building strategies.  YOU will define the agenda.  YOUR results will vary depending on how long we work together and what actions YOU take. 

Our clients are expected to and have experienced measurable return on investment, increased productivity, and a significant decrease of unproductive activity.

Objectives:

Our responsibility is to provide content, insight, tools, wisdom, framework, ideas, and feedback.  The Leader’s responsibility is to move from awareness to action and accountability.  Our coaching provides many structures for you to meet your individual and organizational goals. 

 

The objectives of coaching include, but are not limited to:

  • To help you form and pursue a personal vision that compliments and serves the vision of the company.

  • Adding an objective and supportive third party to your leadership team.

  • Increasing accountability of personal and professional goals to the leadership team.

  • Establish, and bring awareness to the leaders Primary Responsibility Areas (PRA’s) and to keep Secondary Responsibility Areas (SRA’s) from becoming the priority. Leadership vs. Management.

  • Improving specific skills related to the leader’s role.Such as managerial skills, communication, conflict resolution, empowerment, time management, productivity, and effectiveness.

  • Establishing systems to guide, monitor and train winning habits that refine and define your culture.

  • Sharing best practices from other organizations that have done similar work.

  • Reviewing strategic business decisions related to operations, guest services, marketing, financials, and more.

  • Being a sounding board and a source of support assuring that everyone’s voice is heard.

  • Helping each individual leader remove obstacles that hinder reaching their next level of leadership.

  • Preventing problems, thereby avoiding expensive, time consuming or embarrassing actions.

  • Supporting your growth past your limiting beliefs.

  • Relationship development. Including diversity and human equity considerations.

  • Assisting with developing quality teams, through strategic planning and equipping.

  • Mentoring, Consulting or Training when appropriate.
